I go here because it's cheaper than most but I don't go in with high expectations either. My cut is easy but there is always areas I have to trim up or places they miss. They make money by doing it quick and putting someone else in the chair. It gets the job done but don't go in here expecting perfection because if you do you'll be disappointed. The staff is nice and friendly and the place is clean.
I'm extremely upset. I came in there tonight and asked for a trim. My hair was very long and thick, and extended down to my waist, almost to the top of my pants. I asked for an inch off. She said 2 inches would even it up. I agreed. In the end, she took off 6 inches!! 6 inches of hair I have spent years growing! It now isn't even to the top of my bra strap. I'm so upset and sad 😥. I have always felt like my hair is one of my best features, and have had great pride in my long, thick, flowing locks. Now it's gone, and I didn't ask for it to be. SO UNHAPPY. I want to just cry!
You know I've given great clips many tries and everytime I've always been disappointed. They don't listen to how you want your hair done and will sit you down and then kick you out. it's all about how fast they can do the job. Tbh I honestly believe that if I gave my dog some clippers he would do a much better job cutting my hair then these chumps.

Easy online check-in. Also, they have a 7 day hair guarantee. I had a few issues with my curls after my haircut and they fixed it up quickly and made sure I was satisfied with my haircut.
