You're in good hands with Janis. If a divorce settlement is possible, she will protect your interests and negotiate the best possible agreement for you. However, she will not compromise your interests for the sake of settlement, and she is not afraid to go to trial if your soon-to-be ex spouse, or his/her attorney, is being unreasonable. In my divorce, she demonstrated a wealth of knowledge in family law, and the depth of her experience was very evident. Her fees are very reasonable and she is always responsive to questions and concerns during the process.
