Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

While I would love to rate this 5 stars for the absolutely spectacular massages my wife and I received, we got slapped with some fees that weren’t explained to us or shown at the time of booking. What we thought would be $150 experience put us double that in the hole. The website states an intro massage is $60 and a hot stone $80, so we booked one of each and asked if we could be in the same room (as in a couples massage). Had the most relaxing, soothing experience from beginning to end. But unknown to us, there’s a separate charge for a couples massage. It was never stated during booking, during check in, or during check out. And unfortunately I was so relaxed as we paid, I didn’t think to ask the total, nor was the total given to me. Just took my card, swiped, and we left. Didn’t realize the extra charge was there til checking our statement today. Called and THEN for the 1st time we heard about the couples massage fee. And now it’s too late. It’s a shame because Tai gave the best massage I’ve ever had, but I won’t be back due to irresponsible charging.

I went here for my birthday and it was my first time visiting. I had Nick and he was amazing!! He started our session off by asking questions so he’d know how to best help fix me. I’ve had a lot of built up stress from work and kids and he did a wonderful job of getting out most of my knots and getting rid of my headache. It was a really great experience and I absolutely plan on coming back!

I had my first prenatal massage with Tara and let me just say, WONDERFUL! I went in with some tension in my shoulders and upper back (pregnancy during a pandemic can be stressful ud83eudd23) so I called prior to my appointment to ask if the prenatal massage could be customized and if I could have more of a focus in that area rather than in my lower back that typically accompanies pregnancy. Of course, the ladies up front that answered my call were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to check with the therapist instead of just placating me with some generic answer. They were also very friendly and professional when I arrived.nOnce it came time for my massage, Tara explained everything first and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. I did add on the Lavender aromatherapy and wondered if it would be worth it or not due to wearing a mask. It. Was. Worth. It. Just do it. You won’t regret it. The massage itself was excellent and met all of my standards. There was a time or two that I almost felt like asking her to move on to a different area because the pressure was beginning to be too much for me (it was a good hurt, don’t worry, I’m just a wimp), but it was almost as if she was so in tuned with me that she moved on before I got to that point. At checkout, they were offering a wellness package, and while I passed on it due to the fact that I’ll be having a baby soon and won’t have the availability for a while, it is definitely something I’ll consider in the future. If you want to ensure you’ll make time for a monthly massage or facial, get it! It’s time to treat yourself!

I went for the first time on my birthday. It was excellent! I knew it would be because I sent my husband last month. He's not easily impressed and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I signed up to be a member! Great staff, great massages and facials!

Monica was detail oriented, skilled and fun to talk with. Hydro-facial revived skin stressed by wearing a mask. Highly recommend asking for her by name!
