Customer service is usually nice and kind. The major downfall though, there always seems to be a line, usually a LONG line and they only have one employee at the front, although there are two registers. So I guess the obvious should be stated, if you need any desk service, be prepared to wait in line for a solid minimum 10-15 minutes, though possibly much longer as well. ud83eudd26♂ufe0f Sorts feels like the DMV each time I visit, a warm tingling feeling.
For some reason, i do not receive any my mail delivery or pick up my packages by post office on Saturday. Is delivery driver just decide to take sometime day off on Saturday?
I love the service and always fast and easy to get in and out. My post office of choice in this area
Sherrie is the best! I know most post offices get a bad rep, but this one has always been my favorite. The employees are helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Sherrie always helps me find the cheapest way to mail in my returns or my international packages. I'm sad that I'm moving out of this area and losing this gem.
The staff is incredible at this location! I've never experienced better customer service! Extremely fast moving and informative of any questions or concerns. I just wish they opened on Saturdays to accommodate the public as some of the other sites provide.
