I was having problems redeeming points for fuel. Herbie was extremely helpful and had an outstanding attitude. Great service, great employee...awesome experience!
I started using MAPCO about 18 months ago as a transplant from California. Immediately, I was impressed with the prices, friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the store. The pumps always work, bathrooms are always clean and when I need a snack, my wishes are always fulfilled. I use the MAPCO card on a regular basis and take advantage of the rewards. Herbie and Kevin are life savers! I need eye drops desperately due to contact issues. I walked in and couldn’t find any. I asked Herbie (who was busy stocking) if he had any in the back. He immediately stopped what he was doing and looked for me. He couldn’t find any in the back and got Kevin (the manager I believe) involved and they both looked around the store and found eye drops for me on a bottom shelf. Great store and great people. Forever stopping at this gas station when I’m in the area just for the great customer service.
