Dr. Bell is wonderful, she is thorough and attentive. My girls simply adore her. Unfortunately, the wait time for appointments is anything but wonderful . Regardless of the day/time the wait time ranges from 30 minutes to an hour or longer with an appointment. More often it’s the latter. Today, we waited over an hour to be seen. No one updated us to let us know when we could expect to be seen or offer any information as a courtesy to inform us that it would be a while.

We really like Dr. T and the PAs and nurses, but the office staff is horrible. Every time we visit, they mess something up. They always schedule our appointments at the Huntsville location without telling us, even though we’ve never wanted to go to that location and we live in Madison. They make appointments at times when nobody is at the office. They are also never apologetic and are rude. Wait times with an appointment are also very long.

We have taken our kids here 3 times. Each time our wait was over 45 minutes. The last time was 90 minutes. They had the gall to tell me they were moving quickly . The waiting room is dirty and the waiting room is small and nothing interesting to look at while you wait an hour and a half. Last time we go here. My advice. Keep looking for another doctor that respects patient experience

We love these doctors. Dr. Bell has saved 2 out of 3 of my kids from misdiagnosed illnesses and we just saw Dr. T today as well and he was very thorough with my daughter. I highly recommend this office.
