If I could give ZERO stars, I would.nThe wait times are appalling. Privacy at check-in is not upheld. Staff will hold your ID & insurance card (face up at their workspace) upon check-in while they are processing other patients' forms, etc. The staff are not friendly & always seemed rushed (perhaps overworked due to staffing issues). Billing consistently has errors & your account will be noted as past due, even while insurance is pending approval. When calling for billing clarifications, the voice mail is always blocked/full. If submitting for billing questions via email, do not anticipate a response in a timely manner.nUnfortunately, I believe I'm only expressing the same, consistent frustrations to be expected when dealing with an urgent care facility in the US today. :-(nnEDIT - One month later & still dealing with unresolved billing issues. No one responded to emails or voice mails requesting clarifications on billing charges & insurance submissions. This is the worst experience I've had with an urgent care facility.nn@ GOOGLE - please provide a NEGATIVE star option for reviews!
Prior experiences with this location were excellent. Noting this up front, since this two-star review was an exception.nnChecked in at 0900 for a rapid/antigen COVID-19 test. One hour to be moved to exam room, another hour in exam room to be seen by any staff, another hour before sample was taken, and one more hour to receive result. Four total hours sharing the air with roughly 10 patients and 10-15 staff to receive a service provided elsewhere at curbside and in less than an hour total.nnNo acknowledgement of lack of service, or explanation offered as to why so slow. The only upside was that the staff was polite.
As a veteran with VA health care this is one of the urgent cares we can go to with no referral. So far I’ve had no issues checking in or with the VA covering the billing so I’m thankful for that.nnI will say that the wait has always been pretty long even when there aren’t many people there. The staff has always been extremely nice. Had 2 covid tests here. One took them 20 minutes to call me back and another took me 30 minutes. After getting called back both times took around 50 minutes from when I got tested to when I got my results so for covid tests I was there around an hour and a half each time total.nnRecently I went for back/neck/shoulder/arm pain where I couldn’t stand up straight or bend my head back without extreme pain/numbness running down my arm. They took some x-rays and my spine has no issues which is good, but they don’t know what’s causing my problem so they gave me muscle relaxers and steroids and said to follow up if it doesn’t get better. This whole experience took around 2 hours from when I walked in to when I left.nnIt’s not fun waiting forever for things but I never expect a visit to a walk in clinic to be fast like A scheduled appointment doctor visit so The wait times are what I would expect.
While the doctors are sharing pictures, me and my 11 year old son have been waiting for 2 hours to be seen by a doctor. This place used to be good, but it’s gone way down hill. When they did come in, they had another patient’s information!! Absolutely horrible!
This place is horrible. Don’t take them seriously.. they are very unprofessional and have what seems to be inexperienced and unprofessional teenagers running the front desk... I initially called and explained to them what I needed and they told me they could definitely assist me. I went in and they had my family wait in line for over 3 hours. We sat in our car and waited and when they called our phones we got out, and went in just to be told they put someone in front of us.. like seriously.. you didn’t even give us time to get out of our cars....we waited another 20 minutes and a manager came out just to tell us they couldn’t help us...
