Due to the pandemic, we have been able to remote worship with various other good ministries worldwide. This one has stuck. After worshipping with our own churches, we worship with SJH. The services and Word are awesome! They will be missed once churches reopen (we live in another city) but we will continue to get cds. The very best part: the 'REAL REAL GOOD' blessing the pastor speaks over us at the end. ud83dude07

Service was beautiful during Christmas. Pastor offered pray for those who are grieving at that time. The congregation is warm and caring. One member went to the altar with me as I prayed and cried.

Rev. Patrick D. Clayborn, Ph.D. (Pastor) and his wife Rev. Sheri Smith Clayborn are some of the most genuine 'people loving' leaders I have encountered in a while. Not only do they have Seminary / Theological training and gifts, they have the true spirit of Jesus' to reach out and have a positive impact with whom they come in contact with.nnIt was for this reason, I was compelled to volunteer and serve on several ministries and work at the Church.nnThe Church also has a rich history and heritage. The former Pastor, Rev. Homer L. McCall and the former First Lady Mrs. Mable McCall are staples in traditional AME circles.nnIf you need a good inspirational and encouraging bible-based word given in a compassionate environment. This is it. The praise and worship is also awesome!
