Michele Pruitt was great at the service desk. She gave me regular updates on my vehicle as it was being repaired and she was the sweetest lady to work with. When I picked my vehicle up, she was very fast and courteous as I was in a big hurry. She got me in and out in less than 5 minutes! Felt like a TRUE VIP.
