I dropped my car off for warranty maintenance. Everyone was super nice. Car was done in record speed. They even washed it. I love that they keep you updated with text messages. I also got a video from the guy who worked on my car. Amazing!
I took my 2015 Volvo XC60 in for a check engine light. Michele was very pleasant to work with scheduling my appointment, selecting what repairs to complete, and working with my schedule for vehicle pick up after the work was done. They had a technician scheduled to work on my car at my appointment time. I received a video from the technician explaining the issue on my car and the recommended fix. I dropped my car off, however the showroom was very clean and well appointed with various couches and chairs if you decide to wait.
Century Volvo’s Service Dept is top notch! I had a 90K maintenance appt today. They picked up my dirty car, completed the maintenance, attended to a recall issue without me having to even ask, and delivered my car back to me nice and clean. Added bonuses—they kept me abreast of the pick-up and drop-off drivers’ status and location, texted a detailed invoice as soon as they were done, called me to follow up, and I was able to pay online. They made it so easy. I would buy another Volvo just based on their A+ work and customer service!
Great communication from Michele, friendly staff all around, loved the video the service technician made to review my tires and brakes. Loaner car was great and now you can pay online which makes everything even easier. I feel well taken care of at Century. Volvo.
