Love this place. Great service! One thing tho.... if making a pizza... red sauce should be all over the flat bread. Not in spots where the bread part is seen.

I have placed many Rapid pick-up orders from this location. It has never taken longer than 4 minutes for them to email me to say my order is on the shelf ready to go. Amazingly fast service and very convenient to walk in, grab it, and walk out. Plus, my order is always correct and packed very well. Thanks Panera!!

They have my favorite soup here. This location seems to be a little better than others I have tried. Always fresh!

I did an online delivery order and did a scone variety pack. Called and spoke to a manager and was given my order for free due to the mess up. I wasn't expecting that to happen. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be back. The manager didn't argue with me which is rare in some customer service. I work in customer service and this is definitely an A+ in my book!

So I had ordered a sandwich w/ chips and a Caesar salad along with a strawberry and banana smoothie and a cinnamon roll. First, I would like to say that the staff was rude. Second, I get home and I’m about to eat my food and I realize they didn’t put my cinnamon or my chips in there and they failed to put my croutons in my Caesar salad ( which was made very sloppy ). Now I know I should’ve checked before I left but usually this location is really good and getting the order right, so I didn’t. This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten from this location. And to top it off they said that they couldn’t put it towards my rewards on the Panera app. Very disappointed
