I am amazed by Hansen Motors! Our car broke down in Brigham City. We didn’t have many choices, so we had our car towed there after hours. Their rental car counter had technically closed for the day, but they stuck around late to help us get a rental car and continue on our trip. They worked quickly to fix our car and I drove back to pick it up. It worked great until I got almost home (almost 2 hours away), when the same problem happened. Cody at Hansen Motors kindly sent a tow truck to pick my car back up and fixed it again. I was SO impressed with their customer service and how they treated me in their office. As a female, I usually feel ignored at auto service shops, but they were very respectful and helpful. Thank you for helping us get our car fixed!

Hansen Motor Company in Brigham City is the best car dealer I have ever worked with! They are not pushy. They respect you as their customer. Their prices are the best. Jeff Nelson was very professional. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

My last visit to Hansen may have been one of the best ever. I called having no appointment but a rear tire having lost 13 psi overnight. Tyler and Cody worked me in on the spot and called a few hours later having removed the offending 2 inch piece of what looked like a screw driver head. They charged me nothing but a thank you...and I got the offending shaft as a souvenir, a car wash, a bill for $0 and a renewed tire all in 2 hrs.

Very friendly people! No pressure salesman or staff! Everything promised was received (I. E. Extra keys). When we test drove the vehicle we noticed something wrong with the steering so we asked to check alignment. They did and had to order a part to fix it. They were very honest about it. Will recommend and do business with them in the future.
