Excellence in Professional auto care, Phenomenal customer Service!! I have been to other ford dealerships... Brigham City has the Best Availability, Marvelous Care to Customers & Their service team tops any I have been too. I’m a tough customer. I came from Chicago & I expect Absolute Top Expertise In all areas... this Brigham city has it all: Fantastic Customer Service, Superb Car care for my vehicle, & reminders of free maintenance on my new vehicle!! Joshua P. Was very helping in staying in contact with me and getting me all the info I was asking about (which was a lot) in a timely manner. I would have to say one of the most kind salespeople I've had to deal with. Only reason for a4 star instead of 5 is I ended not buying the truck I was looking at. That's how good this kid did, I'm writing a good review and didn't even buy the truck.

My husband and I went ready and eager to buy a car. Test drove one and fell in love!! Went to seal the deal and salesman says, " we will give you a great price, 16 k!" ( it's listed for 15?) How is that a deal we ask? They shrug and we say no thanks. Next day there are so many calls from them it's borderline harrassment. We have happily taken our business elsewhere. Good riddance.

Joshua in the BDC department is friendly and professional. He thoroughly answered my questions regarding their inventory and what options were available in terms of what I was looking for. In the past I've sold a vehicle to young Ford and it was a pleasant experience. I did not buy a vehicle there at the time but the employees were great to work with. Ford has always been super caring and makes me feel like they are there for me as a person and not just a potential customer.
