**Long review but worth the read** My client advisor was Josh and my financial advisor was Les. Josh provided me the BEST experience from beginning to end. He was very personable and most importantly TRANSPARENT. What impressed me the most is that when he wasn’t sure about a question I had he took the time to do the research and find the right answer rather than pretend to know it. From the very beginning he set me up with the proper expectations so I knew exactly what the process was going to look like from beginning to end and he was so very patient with me throughout it. As soon as I walked in Jeff (manager?) greeted me and while I waited for Josh he offered to answer any other questions I had. It felt like a great environment to be in. Les was also amazing to work with. He presented me with multiple options for financing, explaining how each of them worked and what I loved the most was his no pressure approach. As soon as he noticed I was indecisive he told me to sleep on it, I didn’t have to make a decision right then and there and that gave me such great peace of mind. Not to mention he got me the BEST trade in offer I have received on my vehicle. Amazing team all the way around and I will definitely be bringing my business back.

Took my car in to diagnose some electrical issues. Dropped it off on Monday. Didn't get it back until the following Monday. They charged me $62 and It took them a full week to tell me that my battery was dead. They then wanted to charge me $260 for a new battery. I paid for the diagnosis but purchased a far more reasonably priced battery at the parts store. I asked the service manager if he would let me use a wrench to install the new battery and he told me he didn't have any tools. I asked if I could borrow a wrench from one of the techs. He told me that the techs owned their own tools and he couldn't tell them what to do with them. He said that he would not ask them to loan a tool to a complete stranger. So I went to the door of the shop and I asked a tech if I could borrow a wrench. He was very nice and invited me to come over to his toolbox while he found the wrench that I needed. When the service manager saw me in the shop he became very angry and told me that I had to leave. The tech was trying to hand me the tool and the service manager ordered him to not give me the tool (remember that he had just told me that he couldn't tell the techs what to do with their tools) and he told me again to leave. I realize that no one was obligated to loan me a tool, but making me drive the 30 mile round trip to my home to get a tool that that the tech was happy to let me use just because he was mad that I didn't buy the battery from him, has lost Heritage a customer.

Val, my advisor, was amazing and helped me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my buying experience. He's the best client advisor I've ever had. I'll be buying my next car from him when I get one. Everyone at Heritage was friendly to me. Even the people not working with me directly! It was worth the hour drive to get the amazing service. Justin and Val were absolutely amazing and helped us find a car that would fit our needs! They took two Saturday’s and just showed us car after car. I have never been so happy with a car buying experience! They made sure we understood everything that was going on and helped us make a good decision. We went in expecting to buy a used car and walked out with a 2020 at the same price as the used one we were looking at. Thank you Heritage for helping us!

Went with my daughter to look at a car. Im not a huge car lot kinda guy.. However, these peeps were extremely helpful and the team is easy to get along with. They are not flashy and speak human so its easy to understand.
