Absolutely awesome people! so kind! fastest service ive ever seen.
The valet situation at Erlanger Baroness hospital is unacceptable. Since all people are allowed to park now with valet for free. it is horrible. For people like me who are handicapped we wait forever. Today I was in a line with 12 people ahead and 20 behind. I did not move for 36 minutes. It would have probably have been longer. I give myself plenty of time to go to valet. I pulled out of line and pulled up to thru lane. The very tall black man (really doesn't matter his color) told me I had to get out of the thru lane and back in line. He was very rude. I shouted then which I never do. He said I had to move my car and I told him no I would not. I said that the car was there and running and they were going to park it. He could have handled this some other way. I was due in surgery 40 minutes before. Then he is further rude by telling me never to do it again. Like I was a child. I was so angry by that time. If I didn't so badly need to park there I wouldn't. It should only be handicapped. I wouldn't mind paying a couple dollars. People with no stickers should be charged.nBecause of this situation I will not be seeing doctors at Erlanger again. If the situation cannot be rectified than hire more people for those particular hours.
