Well I had planned on buying a new used 2020 Nissan Altima from this place and have the money for the car in cash and they refused to sell me a car being a cash sale. Said the only way I could purchase is if I financed the car through them!! I’m seriously in shock because I have been planning to purchase from the for the past two months!!! Angie was always a pleasure to speak with when I called and from under her impression I was gonna be able to purchase the car paid in full with cash but a lady by the name of Alley told me otherwise. So looks like I wasted a lot of time not only driving two hours away to look at their inventory but also wasted my time thinking I was gonna buy from them and not looking anywhere else for the car I’m wanting. What has this world come to when a company don’t even want a cash money sale!?
Everyone was so friendly. We were in and out in just under an hour even though they were really busy! Great job!

I've been getting my vehicles serviced at Harbin Automotive for over 20 years. I live in Huntsville, and it's still worth the drive back to Scottsboro for the peace of mind. The service staff are prompt and always keeping me informed. The mechanics do great work. What is not to like?
