The young lady who worked at the Jones Valley location was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping us choose the right pet for our daughter. Going with the bearded lizard and she is so excited about it. Thanks for taking the time to help us make an informed decision

Somehow my order for a new brand and type of dog food got messed up in the online ordering process. I realized it when I got home and contacted my local PetSmart and got the manager who apologized profusely. I went back and pulled up curbside and opened the lift gate on my SUV and called the store to let them know I was waiting for the corrected bag of dog food. The put it in the rear compartment and I closed the lift gate and headed on to my next stop. I really like the outstanding customer I receive at the Jones Valley PetSmart in Huntsville AL

It was crowded, and it has a wide selection of junk. Few of the collars and harnesses they had in stock had more than 3.5 stars on their own app. The highly rated products are only available online. I guess they're slowly converting into an online store.

Sorry. For the most part, it's a pretty good store. But, I have gotten more and more disappointed each time I come in due to the aquatic section. Most of the tanks are in bad shape. The selection of fish is very poor. I've come in and saw dead fish in a tank, just to have the associate drill me on how big is my tank, etc. I can buy any reptile w/o question. I wouldn't mind the questions about my tank at home if the tanks at the store actually looked like the one's drilling me cared a out the fish they were selling. This store used to be my go to place for everything. But, please take time to get the tanks and variety like you guys had years past
