It took 15 minutes to check in for oil change. We were told there was one car in front of us. We saw it in the garage with the hood up and 2 mechanics chatting in front of it. 65 minutes later, we were told they just started our oil change. 15 more minutes pass and they said they could not find the right filter wrench which is odd because we brought this vehicle here last year. 15 more minutes pass and they pull our vehicle out of the bay. Overall, we spent 1 hour 50 minutes for an oil change. We don’t plan to return to this Walmart.

Another 5 stars!! Went in for a new set of tires, and they let me know I only needed two. Got the tires and an oil change in an hour! Friendly, fast and great service as usual.

Rainy ugly day today, had my tire pressure checked for free. Super friendly and courteous wish I had got the guys name. Brightened an otherwise ugly day
