Worst experience ever. Lied about pricing. Couldn't answer questions. Have no idea when or if refund will be issued. Avoid at all costs.nAt least negotiate price at the end. I did, and got half price! Which means EV1 else gets taken as a fool...nAwaiting corporate call now

My daughter got her taxes done at the Scottsboro location and it was the worst EVER!!!! They charged her $500 for a simple 1040 form and then they didn't even do her taxes right!!!! The girl that done her taxes did not try to help her at all!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! They will rip you OFF!!!
