I have always had a very good experience at Super Nails and Tom as well as Katheryn always do a good job. They all do good jobs.
The service was great. I got a full set and my eyebrows done. They slayed bothnI hate to say it but its hard to find a salon thats both professional and kind at the same time. They were both. I did end up waiting a good bit because they were super busy though. So, get there earlier if you know you're on a time limit, but its worth the wait.
First and last time going there. Worst fill-in ever. I had three different people working on my nails just to get a fill-in. The woman that did my gel polish, did a horrible job polishing my nails. My four-year old granddaughter could have done a better job than that. I live in Notasulga, but I will continue to drive to Opelika to get my nails done!
The staff are SO SWEET & POLITE! They always make me feel welcomed & comfortable when I walk through the door or simply call to ask a question or schedule an appointment. The male nail techs are gentle and considerate, being I have arthritis with frequently painful and swollen joints in my fingers. I’ve only ever waited 10 minutes once; otherwise, I have gone straight back to a chair! I’m thanked for my business by the staff before leaving, and last but certainly not least, my nails look and feel better than they ever have in nearly 30 years! I highly recommend this Nail Salon ud83dudc85ud83cudffb!!!
Went on 1/31 for full set gel it’s now 2/10 , I had a bright pink color and I notice about a week later my color started changing , but didn’t have the time to go back to the shop so now less than 2 weeks after getting my nails done my pink is Turing black I call to make a complaint and I’m told it’s too late and it’s probably from me working ud83eudd26ud83cudffe♀ufe0f And I say well that’s not the case because I’m currently not working then he says well your using something to make it turn ud83eudd14 so that’s the excuse how about the gel polish/Top Coat quality is poor ! Any other time I get my nails done elsewhere the color doesn’t change. Ridiculous . Will NOT RETURN!!!
