Every time I go to this post office there is a long line and one worker. They need some additional workers given that they are located in a business area and covers a very broad area. Whoever is running this facility is not doing a very good job. Not everyone is management material.
Had a package marked as delivered on tracking (was late) but it was never received. This was the first incident I've ever had with USPS but with the COVID situation, things are getting messed up, and if they lose your package or deliver it to another address (who knows what happened), they will not rectify the problem but will only say they are sorry. Disappointed that I didn't get my package and they will only process claims if a package meets certain criteria. If not as in my case, you are so out of luck when they are the ones that dropped the ball.
The customer service rather it is face to face or over the phone is horrible. My packages are never delivered on time, ever and the post office will not leave a not whatsoever, and always hold my packages! The phone wait times are 45 to 60 minutes just to speak to a representative. Who ever is the manger of this postal office is doing a horrible job, just being completely honest here.
Have not received 2 packages both of which had my medication in. I’ve opened cases but nobody there cares and they never answer the phone... ever. I’ve called hundreds of times. So I guess I’m just out of my money and my much needed prescriptions. Pretty typical of everything in Montgomery
THE WORST post office. Incompetent and unorganized. They're in a SEVERE need of a management change as soon as possible.
