Explained the procedure that would be used for my COVID test quite thoroughly. Took several minutes to explain the steps that I needed to follow for self care. This is the first time that I have used this facility and I am very pleased with the service that I received.

They are doing covid testing by appointments. I called this morning at 9, and they had an opening at 12:30. They are offering the two ways to get results, rapid test or the test that they send to the lab that you get back in a few days. Steven (idk how you spell It, sorry) was super duper helpful with information and keeping me calm when I was so nervous about being swabbed. I would’ve waited less time then I did, but my test came back inconclusive. When It did, they offered me another one to see if we could get a positive or negative test the second time. I turned out negative which is great for me!! But I would recommend anyone to go there. They do everything from your car!! Best experience and didn’t have to wait 3 hours like I would’ve if I went to urgent care or to the hospital!!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. My husband was told to get a covid test since someone at his work tested positive. He’s law enforcement as am I. He was advised he would have the results by 7pm on Monday. He also asked if he could get a letter stating he had the covid test done. His employer had to have it in order to pay him while he was on admin leave pending the test results. Since they would not talk to by phone the conversations were by text , which we have all of them on his phone. The nurse Sunday advised they would send his letter to him. Since he had to give his email , he thought the were sending it through email. He sent a text asking them about it. He was then advised to come back to the office because they needed his drivers license in order to give him the letter. Which meant he had to drive back to the medical center a 40 mile trip. Well, we arrived Tuesday afternoon to get the paperwork his employer needed that he was infact tested. The nurse there, the skinny , brown haired foul mouthed one. When he handed her his license across me, since I was driving she snatched it from his hand. When she came back she was very rude and started to belittle my husband. His response I’m only doing what you texted me to do. She then started to dog cuss my husband while leaning into our car. So while this so called nurse leaned into my car across me, cussing my husband, I advised her to get off my car. We were leaving. As we were leaving she was still in the parking lot being antagonistic. Please have video cameras in your parking lot. We will not be back , we will locate Dr Hayden to file a formal complaint.
