Proceed with CAUTION At Your Own Risk. Dental work is mediocre at best. Dr Pendleton twice put on a crown that was defective. Then charged for both the defective crown and the replacement. He uses the Christian title as a cover, will say anything! Every tooth in your mouth is $$ opportunity! He doubled charged for one procedure. He put a crown on a tooth, which broke within days. I told him that insurance would not pay twice for the same work on one tooth. Even though he told me no charge for the defective rework, he billed me twice. He first said I could make payments, then sued for the balance Don’t take a chance on this one! There are far too many dentist in town than to give this office a chance! Definitely a racket going on here
I’ve been going to Dr.Pendleton for years and I can say that the services that I’ve received from him and his workers are truly amazing. Also, I never wait over 5 minutes to be seen and I’ve never been in there over 30 minutes for any service that was rendered. Keep doing what you all do and Thanks for all you do !!!
Horrible DO NOT GO HERE, son mouth was infected all the way to his bone from this Crook.nHe then tried to run away from responsibility and it took two new surgeons to fix what his defective work. He honestly should not be touching anyone's mouth. My son was only 10 when he did this, BEWARE, CALL THE MEDICAL BOARD AND PUT IN A COMPLAINT.
I had a appointment on the 16th of August at 11:30 and I was there at 11:15 am, I called the number to let them know that I was in the parking lot and they said that they will send someone out to check me in. Well in the time of me waiting 2 other customers came up and they came out quickly to check them in, so I finally get the assistance attention and let her know that I have been waiting for 30 minutes and the two that came before me was already in and I was there 15 mine. early. The assistance bluntly told me that next time I come that she will put me in a dirty room. When I asked about the 2 that went in before me, she told me that I should have asked them why they were there. I told her that it was not my business to ask them, all I know is that I was 15 mins. early. She walks away and told me to make another appointment. I had been to Doctor Leslie 2 times before with no problems but this day I was openly attacked. I go to the door and asked to see the Doctor and when he came to the door and I explained to him what happened all he said was that he would talk to her and tried to tell me that when he goes to the dentist that he has to wait 10 or 15 minutes. I told him that I had been waiting for 30 minutes with no one communicating with me letting me know what is going on. I was early. I left in tears because I was looking forward to having my work on my mouth done. This was very hard for me and now I have to find me another dentist. ud83dude14ud83dude25ud83dude2aud83dude4f
I'd give negative stars, if possible. As a long time patient, I regularly complained of pain in my rear teeth. In November of 2018 the pain got intense and I had a small swelling in my rear gum. I promptly went to see Dr. Pendleton. X-rays were done and I was told that I did not have a dental problem. As the week went on, the swelling and pain got worse. I went to my family physician and to American Family Care. All doctors besides Dr. Pendleton felt that it was dental... but since he said it wasn't, they kept trying to figure out what else it could be. Within less than one week of my visit to Dr. Pendleton, I could not sleep, breathe, swallow, or drink and had to be taken to the emergency room where I was immediately taken to emergency surgery and admitted for 4 days. It was found that I had a dental related abscess. The tooth ended up having to be removed and was found to be cracked in half. Dr. Pendleton sent me a bill for my visit and also for a procedure related to my daughter (also lost a tooth due to misdiagnoses). I refused to pay it and he pursued the $138 (or so) in court. I had no clue that you had to have an expert witness to claim malpractice (hint hint, if you plan to sue him you can't win without one). I did not win the case... but with the strong moral values that he boasts, I figured maybe he would have some sort of conscience over this whole mess. Nope! I just checked my bank account and it has been garnished by Dr. Pendleton for $531.92 (so far)… no notice that the money would be taken was given. Use my cash as a bookmark in your Bible Dr. P. Sleep well knowing the pain and financial hardship you've caused.
