Waited almost 30 minutes for my turn which was reasonable as I was just a walk-in. Requested a regular pedicure and manicure. A regular pedicure is normally 30 minutes per their services listed. My pedicure was complete in less than 15 minutes. My feet never even soaked in the water. Between my pedicure and manicure, I waited longer than it took her to perform both services. Felt it was rushed because there were other customers entering the business. I still paid and tipped full price for services that were not rendered as they advertise. Probably will not be back as this is the second time that this has happened in the past couple of months.

The nail salon techs barely listened to what you want and they just wanted to do everything they wanted to your nails. I asked for something and got something opposite. Very disappointed, asked for one color and they did a totally different color. Kept telling them I didn’t want the length but they kept it that way. Would not recommend I’d try a different nail salon if your looking for your nails to be the way you want them! Oh

Gosh I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I walked into this business for service and was told it would be a while to wait . I was okay with that . I left out came back in then I was told she had appointments. I called to make an appointment for 3:00pm and I was told they don’t do appointments on the weekends . The owner or WHOEVER she is decided to hang up in my face lol . Bad customer service and there are way better nail salons and techs in enterprise then you guys !

I'm giving it 3 stars because the people where nice and it was our first time there. Prices are a tad expensive for what you get. The woman I had would have done a nice job if she took her time. She rushed through the nail process and they came put okay. I'm probably going to try put different places before coming back here.
