Extremely long wait time. Staff was rude. Dr prescribed eye plugs that were expensive and not effective- came out in less than 24 hrs. He did this twice. My eyes hurt and vision was blurry, no interest in addressing the problem.

Be ready to wait for about 45 min to a hour, went to my appointment at 7:45am and did not get seen until 9am. They said because I was a new patient it was a longer wait...why?? At my second appt. Another wait of a hour.

Waited in the lobby over 45 minutes to get called to the back. Patient time evident ally not important.
