Dr Jordan is very caring. She is thorough and listens. All her staff have been very professional and caring.

This doctor is the worst I have every been to. For starts she has no bedside manners and when she walks in the room it’s as if she is looking down on you. I was seeing pain management at the time due to arthritis, neuropathy, fibromyalgia. Just chronic pain in general. She made me to look like a drug head. She got my pain management Dr. to quit giving me the medication I needed and now when I see any other Dr.’s that’s the first thing they see. So therefore I live every single day in pain. There are times that I cannot get out of my bed. I have a list that I could keep writing but you get the just of it. I wouldn’t recommend her to a dog!!

The people at the front desk are rude the back staff is friendly. I suggest adding more friendly people up front it's horrible to walk into the office and not even get noticed by the people who check you in.....maybe they are overbooked and don't get paid enough but I'm telling you the front desk is rude. Needs to be fixed or you will lose business. The back nurses and everyone else is friendly just the front desk is horrible.

They have allot of people going through so it makes sense that the receptionist have to be straight forward and efficient. They don't write my scripts anyway. The medical staff more than make up for the front desk with their caring, compaction and professionalism. Thanks
