It is not often stated that the truck buying experience is pleasurable, but our experience at Sam Boswell GMC was just that. They communicated exceedingly well via phone, text, and email. My wife and I were treated with respect and a level of professionalism unlike any other dealership we have had experience with. Each person we dealt with from service, parts, finance, and sales were committed to serving us. Honesty and genuine friendliness were displayed. There was a definite no-pressure atmosphere. We worked with Cory Howard and Brad Holley. Each worked diligently to make sure we understood vehicle options as well as all the details of the truck we purchased. I would work with either of these men again and would recommend them to anyone searching for a new car or truck. We did have more experience with Brad, and his desire to be excellent at his current station was on full display. If you are looking for a new/used car or truck we highly recommend this dealership and please ask for Brad or Cory. I can guarantee we will do business with them again in the future. My wife and I went to Sam Boswell Buick GMC to look at a pre-owned 2020 Yukon XL Denali that we saw online. We are recently in the market looking for a larger vehicle. A few hours later, we left with said Yukon. Brad Holley made trading in my vehicle and the purchase of my wife's new vehicle too easy. He was not pushy, listened to our concerns and needs, and offered a lower rate than our bank did. If you are in need of a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Sam Boswell Buick GMC.

After seeing a couple trucks online and driving over from Panama City, William greeted me as I pulled up and showed me around a few. After searching for a truck for a month or two this dealership had the best prices around on new vehicles and used trucks with very very low miles. Brad also made it a great experience in the financial department, integrity and character goes a long way in today’s world. Thank you guys.

Brad was a pleasure to work with. Sam did a great job as well. Very pleasant experience. They were the lowest priced deal and I drove 2 hours to get the deal and it was worth it. I highly recommend this dealership!!
