Went to have my Focus looked at bc of transmission problems. Everyone I talked to in the service department was very professional and knowledgeable. Turns out it was something else entirely that presented the same symptoms. After getting it fixed, I haven't had any issues since. The ONLY reason I gave 4* is the wait time. I fully understand things get busy and I'm truly not upset. But 3.5 days is a little long just for a diagnostic. Even with that, I will still be back for any needs in the future.
Excellent attention and service; representative Kevin Nawrocki is an exemplary showing of the Ford and Ed Sherling brands; he is courteous, diligent, and knowledge. He listens keenly and works methodically to find detailed fits for client purchase. I look forward to continued work with this team.

Outstanding service provided by the team at Ed Sherling Ford. They were able to troubleshoot, identify, repair a wiring issue that other local Ford Dealers were not able to. I was completely satisfied with the service and interaction with the service department.
Great management and service! Would recommend to anyone looking for a car and a positive buying experience.
