Beware Seniors and Retired Military ! My Dad stopped in Mitchell Lincoln July 25 to look around at the used cars and unfortunately a predatory sales team member sold my Dad a over priced use car that is in need of a complete paint job !! My sister did get there before he signed any paperwork ! And before me or my sister could even look at the car and give our input and advice about it ( as my sister was getting our Dad out of there and away from the sale person he was talking over her and to my Dad saying to come back in the morning and he would get him in the car !! ) So guess what that team number did the next morning !! Come over to my Dad and sisters house and pick him up !! And with out his oxygen or medicine he needed to take that morning of the 26 of July 2019 !! Still don’t know how he got his money out of savings and in to checking !! And that afternoon the Doctors office called ( we have been to the Doctors office a few times that week, he hasn’t been doing good, dehydrated and more . ) sayings for him not to be driving that he could possibly pass out !! A week later and he still can’t drive, maybe never !! So they sold him a over priced car in need of a paint job and are very happy about it ! And they said legally they wouldn’t take the car back !! So they got all his savings and there happy to screw over a 79 year old Vet with bad vision !! I will post pictures of the car tomorrow!! Just beware America!!!! Don’t let a parent go anywhere around them alone !! It’s all about $$$$ with them !!! PS ! You have to at lest leave a star or you can’t do a review, so I take that one away !

I've been using this dealership since 2004.. That in itself should tell you how the service is! Johnny Caskey has been my go-to since the beginning and is awesome in sales here. He no longer works the floor but has equally great sales guys working in his place.. I highly recommend this dealership
