Great crew working here. Liz was very courteous and friendly. She helped me get my car in a quick and professional manner. Was willing to work with me in anyway that would benefit me. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a good vehicle and great customer service.
All the sales people are so nice and the store manager is very understanding but if you buy a vehicle that needs something fixed on it the service manager does NOT communicate with you. Our car has been in the shop for a transmission replacement. Every time I call she either doesn't answer/return calls or she will tell us the part still isn't in. When she should have called to let us know before that day! We have been told twice that our vehicle would be ready on a certain day and when we call to see what time would be best to pick it up the next day she would tell us it still isn't ready. POOR COMMUNICATION!
Great service. Christie was amazing. She got me into a car that I wanted with low payments. If you have low credit I highly recommend d seeing Brittney and Christie. They will have you riding the same day. Very pleased with my service here
