I let them file my taxes. “ROBERT SMITH” from Elba, AL was my tax assistant. I worked all year! Had a job paying $21 an hour and I only got back $300ish and some change. The amount I was supposed to get back was basically kept from me. Until this year. I received papers from the IRS of last years raw numbers. I was due $1,878.23! I’m not mad. I let it happen by depending on someone else to do something I could have done myself. I’m only 20. I was robbed without a gun by a man well in his 40s. Not to mention I paid a fee for them to file, which was at least a couple hundred if not a few. What I am saying is.. TURBOTAX! TURBOTAX! TURBOTAX! Whoever you are you will not regret leaving H&R Block! It is free! You can look up online how to file yourself! This year I received 1,600ish and some change! I’m no longer blind to what they do to people who don’t know better. H&R Block thank you! I will do everything I can to not let you rob the people I know! I will refer everyone to anywhere else as long as they do not use you GOONS to file their taxes! My name Is Mike Jones and I approve this message!
