I do not live in Alabama but I stayed at the Grove Apartments visiting a relative and it was a horrible experience. It is very loud late at night I hardly got any sleep the night before I had to catch a 6:00 AM flight. I feel sorry for my relatives that live at these apartments because I don’t see how they have any peace and I was only there for five days. When I move to Alabama I will definitely know not to move to these apartments!!! You can definitely tell Management doesn’t Care about what goes on on the property and probably doesn’t even care.

Decent apartments, friendly staff, quiet community, trash pick up. Plus internet, cable, and water are included in rent. Down side the gates aren't working half the time, and it can take a while for maintenance to get around to non-emergency fixes. If it's an emergency they are very quick though.

The entire staff is amazing.!!! I asked for a quote and they went above and beyond to help and the process was super simple and straightforward. I love the fact that this complex is doggy friendly. I am looking forward in staying here ‘ . you will love Anna. She is the best ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

I am giving two stars only because of the couple of nice people in the office. However, if you have a problem dont expect the manager to handle it. She is never there!! I went 4 months thinking the assistant was the manager because I had never even seen the other lady in the office, and every time I go she either hasn't got the the office yet, like at least an hour late or has left by like 3 in the afternoon. Must be nice to have hours like that, no wonder the property looks like it does. Maintenance is a joke, it takes them forever to get a problem fixed. DONT MOVE HERE!! It sounds great and the other lady in the office puts a nice bow on what she sells but nothing every works right and NOBODY cares!!
