Not sure about the experience came for a covid test they did not check my temperature or ask any questions M.A came out to the lobby did the test didn’t say anything lady at the front desk says u have to wait in your car they will let you know in 15-20min. What I don’t understand is why do they not take a temp or even ask if you have symptoms for that matter. Sat in my car for over an hour no one said anything had to go inside and ask if the results came back. I do not recommend this place to anyone....

I give a 5 star rating for everyone who helped me at Ivy Creek. They took great care of me. The process was quick from the time I entered until I left. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this place and I will return for future healthcare needs.

I called ahead to find out if they could do a specific procedure. They said they could. I took time off from work and drove 20 miles to the Troy location. I was put in an exam room. TWO hours later, I called the front desk to see if they forgot about me. They had.. Finally someone came in and asked why I was there. I told them and the lady said “I’m sorry, we don’t do that here.” They prescribed me some medicine and sent me off to Walgreens. The pharmacy said the $600 meds were not covered by my insurance. So I left without it. This is the second time Ivy Creek told me they could do something, then say they can’t once I’m actually there. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t go back.

By far the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever visited. Employees were on cell phones and could be heard laughing and cutting up down the hall from my room. Unnecessarily long (hour and a half) wait without explanation or even a check in. My prescription was finally sent to the pharmacy after 22 hours, phone calls/voicemails, and a visit to the office from my husband since phone calls were not taken seriously. I will not return.
