I can only review the probate office, not the judge. But I assume he is responsible for its' lack of competence. I reside out of state and am in need of a property record; a single record/file. Unfortunately, Union Springs Probate has not bothered to put anything property related online. So, I called the office. They claim they don't have the manpower to pull a file, and suggest I have a friend come in for me. I don't know anyone in Union Springs. So, thanks Probate office for leaving me high and dry, without alternatives. Good job.

I had the pleasure of meeting Judge Tatum and the county clerks in person. I found them to be knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Convenient parking out front and a clean, professional environment inside.

The staff is so rude and unprofessional. They lack a good educational background because whenever I call the Bullock County Probate Judge office the receptionist or other staff members act like their from another planet. On several occasions, whenever I called the office I've been placed on hold for more than 15 to 20 minutes.
