Be cautious using Wedgwood. Due to how a dr put notes on my file I’m being charged almost $600.00 for labs that should have been covered by my insurance. I even spoke to my insurance and she was able to do a 3 way call to explain the changes needed the correct coding to be billed and we still couldn’t resolve the issue. I’ve been with Wedgewood for years but I guess I’m looking for a new Dr.

Dr. Dixon is a very good Doctor, and I have not had any problems with him. This review is not about him or the care I have received at Wedgewood. However, I haven't had good experiences with Wedgewood as a whole. I've been on hold for over 2 hours trying to schedule an appointment. 2 hours. Consecutively. I called 7 days ago and left a message (during normal hours.. I think it was around 3 pm that day) and still have not received a call back regarding that message. Not to mention, I was sent to collections over a bill that was only a month old (that I didn't have any knowledge of), and they send all of my paperwork including bills and test results to my father, even though I am 22 years old and have repeatedly asked them to take him off my account as a guarantor. This is just inconvenient for me, but I can only imagine the kind of dangerous situation this would create if someone had an abusive family member or partner on their account that received their personal health information. Unacceptable. I've gone to Wedegwood for my entire life, but I will not anymore.

Don't ever expect a call back! Iv called 3 times today to get test results I had done Saturday. I left a message twice for someone to call me back and spoke to the lady at the front saying my results were in but she wasn't allowed to discuss them with me and that a nurse would return my call and I never received a call back worst service ever!

This place is a joke! I have been seeing the same dr here for over a year. Then today they denied me help. I have insurance and all that and they refused to schedule me an appointment. Brittany who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful to say the least. If you care about yourself and your health go somewhere else. This is not my first bad experience either. Just look at the rest of the reviews. I'm not the only one they are doing this to. This place needs to be shut down or get all new employees that can show respect to their patients. These people just don't want to do their job. Its pathetic!!!!

The doctors was nice and respectful. However they did not send the e prescription to pharmacy like they were supposed to. It took 4 hour even get someone to answer and still nothing was done until next business day. My daughter was in need of her prescription asap. I am very upset
