My appointment at the POC I talked to dr. Kevin McCluskey and his PA I was so impressed how knowledgeable and help patient they were to answer all the questions and to make sure I understood everything I would highly recommend this facility and these doctors to everyone they deserve five stars or more

i was a patient at the physician office center was scheduled for an injection for pain at the pain clinic it took them 9 days to get them to schedule my appointment after 5 days i called them to see what the problem was it still took 4 days to get e response another three weeks to get on the schedule i was scheduled on a friday on wednesday of that week they contacted me supposedly they were trying to get insurance authorization they did not do this i spoke to three different people from my insurance and they have no record of any contact because this person failed to do their job i could not get the injection and get some pain relief i complained thinking they might get me in the next week no you go back in to thier rotation so i’m looking another month if i go there no apology no thing they just play the blame game pain clinic blames pov pov blames insurance no matter what it is the person responsible for getting the approvals fault my insurance said they need 3 to 5 daly’s for prior authorization so people if you go there don’t assume that they are doing what they Re supposed to harrass them and make sure they do thier jobs there are no consequences for them if they don’t do thier job while you will be left still in pain
