I have been seeing Dr. Gharib for several years & she truly is a great doctor. But since she has moved over to the Mon Gen complex, the office staff lacks any type of knowledge of how to efficiently run an office. If you call there for a prescription refill, you might as well figure that it is not going to happen! I have been trying since April 7, to get my Consentyx refilled, even after calling several times & leaving numerous messages, here it is 1 month later & no script. On April 29, I even left a message on Renee Seamen voice mail and didn’t even get a response or call back, & she is the office manager. When you are suffering from any type of autoimmune, you definitely do not need this type of stress.nnLike I said “Dr. Gharib” is great but I am not sure I will continue at Mon. Gen. Rheumatology because of the lack of efficient staff.nnDebra Hockenberry
