Lindsey Arbogast, a NP, made my experience absolutely wonderful. She was super sweet and sympathetic to my needs. She was able to explain everything well, and accommodated all my needs. I will definitely be returning to her for all future visits!

I've been with them for over a decade. My mother was with them till she died, and my got my partner in with my doctor there as well in recent years. I was always pleased with the service, but this year it has been all down hill.nnSome of the best people they had have left, their website became unusable in August without any warning or notifications and you have to contact them to try and setup an account again on a new site with nowhere near the functionality or ease of use as the old one and none of your old records or anything were moved over. You are on hold forever trying to reach anyone, you can leave a dozen requests for a callback and never get one and you have to schedule months in advance for an appointment.nnI'm actively looking for an alternative to move to, but I'm likely to stay within the Mon General network because my pension is from them... so I'm not sure I'm going to do any better. :(

Saw my PCP and she was Great, Melisa Loving! However, I was referred to a specialist and after two weeks of no phone call, I then contacted the specialist. The specialist never received information from Mon. I then called Mon Health and with no agitation or frustration in my tone, Tara answered the phone. Tara was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m rating this as a one star because of Tara. I work in a health care professional setting, if you can’t be nice over the simplest conversation, leave your career. You will lose patients because of attitudes like Tara.

I am currently on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone it has been 22 minutes so far. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE. This is not the 1st time I have experienced this. This is really really sad, you can't even talk to someone. I am a patient of Dr. Dixon whom I really like as my doctor, but when needing to talk to someone, noone answers the phone or if you push 3 to leave a message, noone returns your calls. I am currently in tears waiting to talk to someone. Since my last visit I have had to be seen twice somewhere else. I am still on hold, it's been 28 minutes. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

After 27 years with this practice I AM DONE! If you would like to be tossed from nurse practitioner to RNP and have little to no access to an actual physician then go for it. This was at one time a fine family practice and they are nothing more than a doc in a box with no personal concern for you. Deeply disappointing that the finest family medicine practice in Morgantown has reduced themselves intentionally into a doc in a box.
