My son is learning Chinese from Michelle Sun and he simply loves going to classes! Michelle is a wonderful, enthusiastic teacher and she makes learning Chinese fun and engaging for the kids. Lessons are interactive and perfectly paced as Michelle Sun has the experience and flexibility to customize weekly lessons according to how the class is progressing. Children are taught verbal and written Chinese through stimulating songs, games, homework and various interactive activities. We have tried many Chinese classes but Michelle Sun's class is the best! Michelle's high energy, great sense of humor and love for teaching has truly allowed my son to enjoy his weekly classes and learning Chinese!

My son likes to attend Singapore math class because he is learning with other kids. It is a nice environment where you are relaxed in a group setting.nKids are taught in different levels in math so you are learning on your own pace. I am sure that your son/daughter will benefit taking math class. My son has more confidence solving problems and math has been one of his favorite subject.

Learning Horizon is the where you need to bring your child, if you want him/her to truly enjoy learning Chinese. They learn through fun games and songs. My son loves going to Chinese school. I know so many parents who have a hard time getting their kids to do their Chinese homework. I was really worried before I enrolled my son. But seeing how much my son enjoy going and learning each week is just heart warming. He actually reminds me that he has Chinese homework. Ms. Sun is very energetic and loving and makes sure that her students thrive in their own ways. We are so happy to have found Learning Horizon.

We've really seen a lot of improvement in our children's Mandarin. As a mixed family (Chinese/American), our kids don't get enough Mandarin at home to really retain the language. Mrs. Sun has done a great job encouraging our kids in their studies by instituting games to make studying more rewarding and fun. While Mrs. Sun pushes the kids to perform, she's also understanding that beginners can sometimes get discouraged and responds very well to make sure they aren't overburdened. The classroom is inviting and class sizes are small...perfect for giving the attention kids need in learning a difficult language like Mandarin.

My children take piano, Mandarin and Singapore Math with Learning Horizon Learning Center. Michelle is amazing. The children love her and love to learn from her. They look forward to going to class even after a long day at regular school. Somehow she has a way of motivating and inspiring them...and they have a fun time. I highly recommend her programs to any child.
