Google Maps says it opens at 11, but when I got there it was closed. I messaged the owner on Facebook and google and got no reply. I called and there was no info on business hours and I got voicemail. I went to their website and still got no info. No info was posted on their door. I waited for an hour outside and by 12 they were still closed. Such a shame because it was the main store I wanted to go to but I’m driving home today.

Such a cute little store, unique items and friendly staff.

This store is a MUST! The person helping us today was so friendly and nice. It was by far favorite shop of the day. I got so many cool things and was able to bring my dog in and get him some cute things as well!

I adore Ranch Candy. Eye Candy and Actual Candy. Excellent assortment of sweets. I never leave empty handed and I love that the shop supports and carries Texas made arts and crafts. I will definitely be back. Not to mention, the owner, is sweet as Candy.

I am seldom annoyed when places aren't open, especially in Marfa where this seems to be the normal condition of most businesses . However, when I call twice in advance to confirm that a shop is open, drive for thirty minutes to get there in order to spend $200, then wait an hour past the time I was told the shop would open, I conclude that the operators lack basic courtesy and / or have no interest in staying in business. Perhaps the shop is not what it appears to be, a reasonably funky and interesting mixture of sweets, vintage clothes and art, but is in fact a Situationist prank?
