I'm sure they're good kids but they miss details all the time on the drive through. One time it's regular not diet that you asked for. Next time I'm missing half the sides. Another time it's the wrong size item. This time the large fries were half full. I can't trust that my order will be right. So, here I am. It's tiresome.

Story time! This is about the toxic management. A few years back, this lady came to complain that someone had taken her purse. She left or forgot it unattended at one of the dinning tables. When the manager quickly, without any proof, made the assumption it was the cleaning staff. I’m not gonna expose my manager at the time. (luz) lol. Which I thought it was weird of her to accuse the cleaning staff that quickly. When I remember earlier that day that my manager had taken the trash out. She’s never done that before. weird.nnThis is the same person who put their 70 year old father in an RV without running water, heat and electricity because she didn’t want to spend on a nursing home.
If you visit this McDonald's be sure to brush up on your Spanish! Check your bag before you leave the drive-thru bc I PROMISE YOU they forgot something. Sloppy service, if cold, oversauced, food is your cuppa, then this McDonalds will be a pleasant treat!
