Used to be a favorite, but in the last year service & quality has fallen drastically. There's so much emphasis on speed that no attention is taken for order accuracy or consistency. No one is going to die if you can't serve chicken in 5 seconds or less; please slow down and make sure the order is correct before you try to hurl it into my car and shoo me off.
Person taking order was polite in greeting and patient while making up mind on what to order. Explained the options for meal combos with drinks. Was clear in repeating order for accuracy and a voice that was easily understood. Was appreciated as I wear hearing aids to help with sound. Meal was more than I expected in amount of chicken strips left plenty for me to make another full meal at home with choices I have. Different experience of drive thru on what I normally experience.
These guys went above and beyond. I got shorted by a food delivery service and instead of pushing it back on them Ryan and his team took care of it with a smile on their face. Top notch service these guys are on top of their game. Highly recommend, great team!!!
Very yummy! Chicken fingers and the Cane Sauce very tasty. Toast so very soft and warm. Coleslaw the way I like it, so very cold and crisp.
I luv there crispy chicken tenders. They make them fresh wen u order them..
