Getting my EMT from this school has been a great experience, Laura was incredibly responsive to any questions that I had, and really went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The class is made for those who are willing to put in the work to be successful in this field. If your not serious about learning the material and taking accountability for your own future this is not the place for you. EMTS Provides the student with all the opportunities to learn the material and get ready for the national registry. It is not an easy course. The goal is to actually learn the material so you can do your job well. The instructors like Jenn, John, Nick, and Roxanne are incredible. They really bring the real world approach and application of the material to the class. The amount of passion that they have for helping students learn how to do things the right way is remarkable. COVID has just about messed up everything, but despite all of it, EMTS adapted to the challenges and made everything work. This is nothing short of impressive. If you are serious about getting your EMT or Paramedic then EMTS is a great opportunity. I have seen so many people making excuses, but that’s all they are is excuses. Snowflakes will be disappointed, but those with discipline and dedication will absolutely excel!

My spouse started this school during COVID-19 and with her head held high she was excited to start the career she had always dreamed of. While being a hands on learner, she struggled every bit of the way due to they where not allowing students in to the school. Studying day and night until she couldn’t keep her eyes open, reviewing the lectures, watching you tube videos, went to all office hrs that were offered and completed all the home work, attended study groups and had already used her two retakes in which she had to pay out of pocket for . She was only one test away from graduation & they dropped her from the EMS Program. You would think that if you have students who are doing their very best that you would help them in succeeding instead of just dropping them like they never tried. This school is not sympathetic to the way ppl learn and only care about the money at every turn. They started with a class of 17 and now have 5 left! You as a school should strive for your students to succeed and graduate smh. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL !

This is a self taught class. The school is paced for people that are independent & prefer to teach themselves. You must be aware that about 1/3 of the class drops or fails out but still liable for entire cost of class.

About finished with the online EMT program and I had a great experience. It was a bit tough at times, but Laura and Matt Nealand were responsive and helpful and every instructor I had for skills was awesome.

I would stay far, far away from this academy...unless you enjoy an abundance of power point presentations, or unless you're prepared to be dropped from the class if you fail (under a 75) 2 tests, or unless you are prepared to be dropped from the class if your final average is not an 80. When I say dropped, that means bye bye to the $2500 or so that you payed for the class. Our son had a 79 going into the final, he made a 76 on the final and was dropped from the course by the time he got to his car in the parking lot. Needless to say, this is not a student friendly academy. We ignorantly did not do our research and paid the price. Do your research. There are many other better options out there.
