I just wanna say great great customer service
I called 2 weeks in advance to order towing mirrors for my truck. I have them my vin number, described the mirror in detail, and specifically told them I needed tow haul mirrors not the standard car mirrors. The service associate told me the mirror would be in the shop in 2 days. I made an appointment to have it put on at 9 am and was told it would take less than an hour. After 2 hours of waiting with no updates I asked what the hold up was. They informed me that the wrong mirror had been ordered and they were trying to find the correct one. The correct one wouldn’t be here for another day at least so they had to put the old mirror back on which took another 45 minutes. I received no apology from the manager or any customer service from him whatsoever. On talking to him he insinuated that it was in fact my fault for the wrong mirror being ordered. We’ve been doing business with Hart Chevy for years but today was the last day we’ll ever shop here.
