Both Eryn and Sarah answered all my questions thoroughly. Both were friendly upon my arrival and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. Sarah explained the process again as she did the first treatment. Great place to go for tattoo removal. Definitely 5 stars!

The ladies were so uplifting, sweet and a joy every time I come in. They put me at ease with my tattoo removal. Very patient at explaining what is going to happen and what is expected. Seeing good results for sure.

The girls there (sorry, I forgot your names!!) were absolutely amazing! They answered all my questions and I felt super comfortable even though it's a pretty uncomfortable process.

The girls at the Round Rock location of Removery are so nice. I'm about half way through my removal process and I couldn't be happier. They have always explained everything really throughly and made me feel really comfortable. Thank you Eryn and Sarah!

This place took extra care to be safe. I appreciate the masks, and being taken in one at a time. Very careful and accurate laser treatment with good communication about what is happening to my skin.
