We’ve asked repeatedly for someone to help fill this hole in front of my grandmas grave several times and all we get is the run around. They’ve even gone so far to say it was fixed over the phone while we were standing there seeing it the hole right in front of us. We’ve wanted to take our own dirt to fill it but when we tried they said we couldn’t. Absolutely worst customer service and the ladies who answer the phone are incredibly rude, this has been going on for over a month and we see no resolution in sight.

What even?? I called in earlier to ask a quick question about filming. I asked in a nice and professional way and the ladies talking on the phone have bad service??? Really bad service honestly! You all should talk to your secretaries or whoever those ladies are talking on the phone!
