Very clean and great service under very trying times. Was there when all of Texas had froze and limited power.
The room was comfortable and clean.nThough no-fault of the hotel the Artic Blast hit Southern Texas and the power was knocked out for over 24 hours..
When I arrived the staff informed me that they had to change my room from a non-smoking to a smoking room. The new room did not smell like smoke and the only issue I had was a rip in the curtain. Other than that, the staff was very kind, professional, and helpful, and the facility was much cleaner than expected. I even accidentally locked myself out of my room and the staff was quick to provide me with a second room key.
Checked in and room had been cleaned but a few things were overlooked. Like a dope bag and drugs spilled on the floor. I'm not sure if the bed was changed nor slept in either. There was a dirty towel still in the bathroom hanging in the bathtub but the stay was nice. People were even nicer. I don't wanna say anything bad cuz even the dirty room was clean except for the drugs and stuff spilled on the floor next to the lil baggie. Who knows who dropped it.
