This place is 50/50. Dr. Jobe was great with our initial meeting. One of the women at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Getting a call back from a medical assistant to correct my physical therapy referral has been impossible. The call center pushed me through before I could tell them no one is calling me back. At this point it seems like I'll have to wait five more weeks for my appointment, pay my ridiculously high copay, just to have my referral corrected.nDisappointed.

This is the worst run organization ive ever seen! You can't get anyone on the phone at all. They outsource the records so it's hard to get them and the phones are a call center. Most of all they just don't care! If you need to schedule an appointment, it takes a couple of hours before they call you back or you can wait over 20 minutes and hope they come on the line! I waited 45 minutes over for an online appointment and finally hung up. I left my phone at one of the PT offices and it took over 45 minutes to get a number to the actual PT offices. If you want all your appointment times to run well past the time you are there and like waiting, not being able to contact anyone on the phones and like waiting up to two weeks for records then by all means go here!

If you look at this office and you see five star ratings, think again. My experience here was not good and it has extended even to the billing process.nnI came in with a shoulder issue and weighted for 20 minutes before seeing a physician's assistant. They told me I would need to get an x-ray. I told them I wanted to hold off and have a doctor test me for range of motion. The then sent the person in charge of x-rays into the room and I again had to let them know that I was not there to get an x-ray.nnWaited another 15 minutes. Doctor comes in for, and I kid you not, 5 minutes. Tells me to go to physical therapy.nnA month later I get the bill. $484. The bill includes a charge for the X-ray that I did not get. $312 went to the five-minute visit. I have called about seven times so far to get the X-ray charge removed. I just got a notice that the bill is going to get sent to collections.nnDon't waste your time. Also this five-star rating that you see is not representative of the experience. I hate to even post something like this because I don't want to take away from anyone's business but it had to be said.

Returning for my teen for his second broken finger injury. We have had very good experience with Park Valley Dr and Cedar Park locations except for an occasional wait once.

I went for physical therapy for tennis elbow, per the recommendation of the doctor (who is a co-owner of the physical therapy clinic). They spent 20 minutes trying to sell me a wrist brace (that they could not quote me a price for), contradicted 75% of what the doctor told me in diagnosis and in treatment, and gave me a sheet of unreadable exercise instructions to go home with. Then the bill is nearly double of what they initially quoted me when I called (before my appointment) to determine what I would be responsible for out of pocket. I will not go back.
