Mixed experience at HEB pharmacy, what I found was medication which are not covered by insurance can be found cheaper at HEB pharmacy but the medication covered by insurance actually was more expensive then neighborhood pharmacy stores.

Pharmacy staff is always rude and unprofessional. Every time I call or pick up a prescription they act like they hate me or hate their job. I would never use this pharmacy if it wasn’t so close to my house. Zero stars.

NOT A RELIABLE OR PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY LOCATIONnI am on auto refill on several medications that are vital for my health. Recently i was refused refill by my Dr.until I had a checkup but was not notified untill I went to check on my refill. I was told I could get a couple of vital heart capsules to hold me over the weekend (not narcotic). When I went to pick them up I was refused by the Pharmacist on duty 3-8-2020n5:30pm. I don't understand why a pharmacist would put someones life at risk over a couple of capsules.

Good service for the most part.. if they like you they will whip your prescription up quick, but if your rude you could be there for an hour+. Be polite it will pay off

Have always had a good experience with this pharmacy. Switched from CVS to here due to the robo calls and texts from CVS.
