Wort pharmacy to go to!! my son has an allergic reaction and the doctor sent over the prescription while I was still in the office. she said it would take about an hour... I came in and they told my in the desk 45 more min on it... it had already been about 30 min since I had left the doctors office ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f I did some shopping with my 2 kids go back to the desk and they tell me another 45 min ud83dude29ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f I leave to go to McDonald’s that by the way was way busier than the pharmacy and I go through the drive through and they tell me again that it will take another 45 min worst place ever!!

This is the busiest pharmacy I have ever been to. Constant long lines, not enough staff (even though there seem to always be 5+ employees working at the time I pick up or drop off)nnThey have messed up my prescriptions 2 times now and failed to mention to my husband that one of my RX was out of stock and would be filled the following week.nnI understand it is not always the employees at fault so HEB should take a look at the way the pharmacy is ran and make some changes.

I’ve been given the wrong information several times, not sure if all the staff behind the counter is all Pharmacists or certified Pharmacy Techs but a tech should know how read an insurance rejection! First I was told my insurance didn’t cover my medication, they never told me they had changed it to generic, after I figured that out and when I asked the girl to run it for the brand she said the brand was not covered, I called my insurance and on their end they’re only showing the generic being ran. Finally I got somebody else who changed my med back to brand and it paid 100%! Today I called for a refill and the lady that answered the phone told me it was “Refill too soon” however she was not able to tell me too soon until when, a “Refill too soon” reject usually tells you when medication will be paid, I mentioned this to her and she put me on hold, then my medication mysteriously paid after Pharmacist cleared a DUR NOT A REFILL TOO SOON!, I’m in between jobs and insurance plans, if I was not insistent I could of gone without medication or had to pay full price ud83dude20

Called to see when my Prescription would be done.nThey said 330 it is now 447 and I still do not have my prescription. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude when I just asked how much it would be.nSo I decided to just go inside and get it.nI will not be sending my prescription here anymore.nI'm sick I don't want to waiting around, that is why I always call ahead of time.
